My areas of expertise are pedagogy, methodology, and adult learning. I have witnessed from coaching teachers, teaching trainers of trainers, and mentoring instructional leaders that action research, personalized learning, and transformative education positively impact businesses and schools. Since the disruption of education by the pandemic, the EdTech world has strived to accelerate learning by closing the academic gaps in students and upskilling instructional practitioners and the workforce. My successful approach is to continue to provide our professional Scholars with human-centered experiences and hands-on and scenario-based opportunities to meet their professional learning goals.
